Privacy policy

We process your data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). This site has no forms: the only data we receive is what you send us when you write to us.

02What we do with your data

Why, on what basis and for how long.

  • PurposeAnswer your enquiry, maintain the business relationship and, where applicable, prepare and carry out a professional engagement.
  • Legal basisYour consent when you write to us (art. 6.1.a GDPR), performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (art. 6.1.b) and the legitimate interest in business-to-business prospecting (art. 19 LOPDGDD).
  • RetentionFor as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards for the applicable statutory limitation periods. If you request erasure it is actioned immediately unless we are legally required to keep the data.
  • RecipientsWe do not share data with third parties. Only our email and hosting providers have access, as processors under an article 28 GDPR agreement.
  • TransfersNo international transfers outside the European Economic Area are envisaged.
  • Automated decisionsNo automated decision-making or profiling takes place.

What you can ask us for, and how.

Write to alberto@balor.es stating which right you are exercising. We reply within one month at most.

  • Access and rectificationFind out what data we process and correct it if inaccurate or incomplete.
  • ErasureAsk us to delete your data when it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for.
  • Objection and restrictionObject to the processing or ask us to restrict it while a claim is resolved.
  • PortabilityReceive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
  • Withdraw consentAt any time, without retroactive effect.
  • ComplainTo the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) if you believe we have not honoured your rights.
04Security and minors

How we protect what you tell us.

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk: restricted access, encryption in transit (HTTPS) and backups. Much of what is discussed in a first conversation is sensitive company information, and it is treated with the same confidentiality as a professional engagement.

This site is not aimed at minors and does not knowingly collect their data.
