Two SMEs where we are partners, not vendors.

These are not engagements: they are two companies where Alberto is a shareholder and leads the transformation. It is the same method you would see in your company, at your scale. Anonymised for confidentiality; the figures are real.

Professional practice · partners from the inside

Four times the team's capacity without hiring.

Before

A professional practice with a stable client base, manual processes and growth capped by the hours its team could put in: every new client cost hours that were no longer there.

After

The same team handles four times the work, with a proprietary ERP and nationwide digital acquisition.

  • A proprietary ERP that digitalises the practice's core processes and lifts team efficiency by a factor of four to one.
  • Nationwide digital acquisition strategy: search, email, social media and on and offline communication.
  • Initial financing plan combining own capital and public funding.
  • The project run from the inside, as a partner: not a report, but week-by-week execution.

Bricks-and-mortar · partners from the inside

From self-employment to a company: growing and no longer depending on the founder.

Before

A centre with solid occupancy and a growth ceiling: revenue was capped by the walls of the building and the diaries of its practitioners. And everything went through the founder: without him, the business stopped.

After

Revenue has multiplied four to five times and the centre runs without the founder in the room.

  • A bespoke ERP digitalising the processes of practitioners, clients and administration, with a dedicated mobile app for each profile.
  • B2C communication plan with social media, video and email to build a community around the centre.
  • Online services and a digital community that take the business beyond its physical borders and feed in-person events.
  • Structure, a management dashboard and a leadership team: the founder stopped being the bottleneck.

Where the method comes from.

Before that, the same disciplines led in far larger companies, national and international. They are here as a credential, not a showcase: projects anonymised for confidentiality, with real figures.

International group · Market entry · Scale-up · 250-500 employees

From zero to 24 sites and over 10 million in two years.

An international group decided to enter Spain with nothing in place: no company, no team, no supply chain, no facilities.

  • Market entry study and incorporation of the Spanish company.
  • Recruitment of the full management team.
  • Assembly of the international supply chain: sourcing, warehousing and domestic distribution.
  • Negotiation and signing of the operating facilities.
  • Direction from the board of the subsidiary, reporting to the group's international board.

Redesigning the product portfolio and pricing policy of an entire group.

One of the largest national groups in its sector was in the middle of a turnaround and needed to recover commercial competitiveness without damaging operations.

  • Led the commercial transformation with more than 10 consultants and 50 collaborators.
  • Product portfolio: 25 % reduction and optimisation based on real customer needs, rolled out across the entire network with a positive impact on sales.
  • Pricing and promotions: competitiveness diagnosis, value strategy combining quick wins and structural levers, and the tools for the teams to run it daily.
